hokio9 operates under international licensing and is not licensed by Indonesian regulatory authorities. Indonesian residents accessing hokio9 do so at their own discretion. Indonesia's gambling laws predate online betting, and their applicability remains legally ambiguous. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. hokio9 requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. You must submit clear copies of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID document. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of Account creation may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your legal responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify hokio9 customer support immediately. hokio9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
hokio9 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend existing Accounts, or terminate Accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, abusive behavior toward staff, or any conduct that violates our policies or applicable laws. In such cases, any remaining balance may be refunded minus any bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent means.
hokio9 accepts deposits via Indonesian local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), and other payment methods listed on our website. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5-15 minutes. You may only deposit funds that you legally own and are entitled to use. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure.
You may request withdrawal of your available Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (08:00-23:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Average processing time for BCA and BRI transfers is under 5 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals to other banks or e-wallets may take longer depending on the provider's processing time.
hokio9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or if we detect suspicious activity. Minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier. All withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your legal name matching your verified KYC documents.
hokio9 does not charge fees for bank transfer withdrawals. E-wallet withdrawals may incur small provider fees depending on the amount and payment method. Deposits are fee-free. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
hokio9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
hokio9 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits, exploiting software errors or loopholes, or any other conduct intended to gain unfair advantage. Bonus eligibility may be restricted at hokio9's discretion.
All bets placed on hokio9 are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet selections before confirmation. hokio9 reserves the right to void bets if we detect obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, stakes are refunded but winnings are not paid.
Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing settlement, voided bets, postponed events, and results correction. Disputes regarding sports betting outcomes must be reported within 48 hours of result publication.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team for final review.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which hokio9 is licensed. By using hokio9 Services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of legal disputes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hokio9 holds its operating license. hokio9 is not licensed by Indonesian authorities and does not claim compliance with Indonesian gambling regulations. Indonesian residents using hokio9 do so at their own risk and are responsible for determining the legality of their participation under local law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and wagering requirements on any active bonuses.
hokio9 reserves the right to close inactive Accounts (no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months). Inactive Account funds may be subject to administrative fees after 24 months of inactivity. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying such fees.
